By airplane
Ostrava Leoš Janáček Airport: Take a bus or taxi to the city center, then transfer to Ostrava-Poruba station.
Prague Václav Havel Airport: Take a train from Prague to Ostrava main station (about 3 hours), then transfer to Ostrava-Poruba station.

By car
From Prague... Take the D1 highway eastbound to Ostrava (about 3 hours).
From Brno... Take the D1 highway northbound to Ostrava (about 1.5 hours).
