It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2025 8th International Conference on Sensors, Signal and Image Processing (SSIP2025), which will be held in Kobe, Japan on November 28-30, 2025.  SSIP2025 is mainly Co-sponsored by University of Hyogo and Ritsumeikan University, and technically supported by a few universities and associations.

First two conferences took place in Prague, a city which has been at the heart of the artistic, cultural, and scientific development for many centuries. Due to COVID-19, SSIP2020, SSIP2021, SSIP2022 were held fully online. SSIP2023 also went virtually according to most participants‘ choice. SSIP2024 was successfully held in Shenzhen in person during November 22-24, 2024.

The SSIP2025 provides an excellent opportunity for researchers and practitioners at all levels of experience to meet colleagues and to share new ideas and knowledge about Sensors, Signal and Image Processing. The conference aims to attract strong participation from researchers in both industry and academia.

All papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Program Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference. Submissions should include author information, abstract, 5-10 keywords, and be in PDF format. Each submission should be at least 8 full pages and at most 15 pages. One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Authors are advised to submit your full paper or abstract via the Online Submission System. Please note that only full papers will be considered for publication in the SSIP conference proceedings. Abstracts can be accepted for presentation only.
